First of all THANK YOU all so much for the birthday wishes. My twenty fifth birthday was lovely XD
Second of all, I'll be back soon, and I have a TON of art to upload (apologies in advance). But that won't be until next week, at the earliest. Not only am I 33, 000 words into NanoWrimo, I have my art school portfolio presentation and interview on Friday.
I am half in denial and half terrified. But the head of my department, if I get in, is a fan of anime style and didn't seem at all worried that some of my work was inspired by Sailor Moon (all my planned pieces are original characters, even if they do fit into the Moon-universe XD) Plus, I do occasionally do original work, usually for uni classes, but I should be okay.
Oh god, I hope it goes okay.
Anyway, so I'll be back as soon as both those things are done/on track. I hope everything is going well/okay for everyone else!

She Lives!
It's been awhile, yes? :D I have a reason. Or at least, excuses! I've missed you DA *smooches*
- My dad lost his job and almost lost everything over Christmas. We're very lucky that everything sorted itself out, but it was a very LONG summer that NO ONE in my family had a job. It really, really sucked.
- I got into art school - one of the best in Australia - studying Media Arts, where I'll be majoring in Animation. It has been crazy going back to live-action university (before, I was studying via the internet), especially since for the first two months, I had to commute three hours each way for classes, since I couldn't afford an apartment;
Bad Times
I didn't mean to disappear, it's just be a Very Bad, No Good few months.
- Our rabbit, Dominic, passed away one night with no warning. We found him in his cage one morning, gone. He was such a dear, beloved little fellow. He suffered from splayed front paws that the vet didn't know how to treat (hindsight is such a bitch. We thought she knew what she was talking about) and were given a short life span of maybe 1 year. That was five years ago. He was just gone, and he was so funny and had such an attitude. I miss him SO much.
- Our 17.5 year old beagle, Molly, passed away in late August. She had many health problems and she finally wore out.

The Otaku Yearbook Project has a group, now - :sm-yearbook: It still needs an icon and info put up, but you can join if you are interested!
This project is definitely going ahead - I just have my final essay due for university on Friday, and sadly that gets priority. XD
Otaku Senshi Year Book - Anyone Interested?
I had an idea today that I was wondering if anyone was interested in.
An otaku senshi yearbook project. Well, sort of. Let me explain, because for this to work, I need people willing to contribute XD
There would be various categories - I'd like to start with Chibiusa's children. You'd have to draw a school photo-esque bust-portrait of your child-of-Chibiusa, with their civilian name on a banner at the bottom. After each 'category' closed, they'd be compiled into a single page, as well as compiling every single one into a giant digital collage of our characters.
